Does anyone know who this mystery fooser is?  Also, vote on your favorite Iceman foos-pic. Can anyone guess which one is mine?

Hint... his initials are F.R.
He is a very cool character on the foos table.  Unfortunatley My and my Partner ran into him and his partner in OpenDubs.....   Very Solid Game.     They got us.

That would be Fernando DeRosa from Cali.   And that is definitely an awesome pic!!
