My guess would be around 1976. How do you like it's play?

That is the 1978 model I beleave. 76' was the $250,000 tour table?
-
awwww, what memories...I am pretty certain the one I practiced on was a Million Dollar Table and we got that in 1976 for sure because we used it preping for Worlds 1977

We love the way it plays...Me and the Family and some old Friends have not even touched my Dynamo Table since I got this TS table last weekend....Probably because we grew up playing on a TS table...It looks just like the one I had back in the early to mid 80's and I got that one for free from a relative......It is a blast to play on!!.....

My memory must be failing me, I thought the bluetop in '78 had a regular surface, not a glasstop. I think I was at UMSL in '79-80 when the browntop TS took its place.

Thats's not glass.

Does anyone know where I can get replacementparts for this table?....The banked corners have some cracks as well as the white strip that runs along both sides of the field...the plastic rims around the goals are cracked or broken..the ash trays are gone.......thanks.

My bad, that must be a high shine on the surface--in the pics (to me at least) it looked reflective like glass. At least I was right about not remembering a glass bluetop surface, lol

That table is a "Rosewood" TS=Blue top...it came out at the end of 76 or the beginning of 77...the table came in two styles..."rosewood" and "butcherblock"...the men are soft rubber as opposed to the harder material toranado uses...very finessful...notice the "grooves on the feet of the men" ..take a brush and clean them and you can do backpins easily...the grooves run horizontally ...which is what makes backpins easy.......if a table today had those grooves today you could do backpins...I use to start my practice by doing 20 deadman pin pulls and then 20 deadman pin pushes....ah those were the days....lol...
