Who`s the best over 50 player and how much do they play, or practice?
-
Good question. Do they have senior divisions at the big tournaments? Dumb question, I know, but it's been a couple and a half decades since I was at one. With the "boomers" getting over the 50 year mark I would think that this would be a popular class.

ITSF has a 50 and over thing which they did for the first time last year
-
I know Mark Davis and Craig Hibbs placed 1st and second in 50+ in the USA nationals. I believe Craig got 2nd in 50+ in the world this year or last year as well. They play in at least a local tourney a week, and leagues regularly. I dont know how much practice other than that.

If Rick Martin is over 50 then he is the man. He did very well in Vegas this year.
Also, not 100% sure, but if Steve Murray is 50, he is no doubt the best but doesn't play those events. Steve Mori I believe is also 50. For those not in the know, this man is credited with inventing the brush pass.
There are others but they still choose to play the Open events instead.

It sounds like some heavy players .

Nardoci and Parris just came home recently with the 50 and over
at the Bonzini World Championship titles.
Foreign soil, not too shabby for the U.S.

I hate I missed it too.
But while at home we cut a deal with ZOOLOOK and Willy Wonka on some corporate foosball table stuff. I am working on a 2009 and 2010 deal for the Bonzini U.S.A. Foosball Teams that will hopefully eleviate some of the financial burden. I appreicate the effort of those players that represented us this year. Your efforts will not be forgotten.
I'll catch you on tour later. I'm itching to play again.
