Title: What year table is this?

Hi...

I just purchased a used Tornado coin-op and was wondering if anyone could tell me how old it is. The cabinet is the dark cherry laminate. Anyone know in general what year these modes were made?

I think its about 10 yrs old but looks nice thats my favorite color...I got a friend that has that model i will ask him and let you know good luck.

GREAT price on those tables, I can't believe that one is still brand new (unused?) and the others are nearly new.

I may be wrong, but I thought that the cherry table came after the blond, which would put it at around 7-8 years old. BBtuna should be along soon, he knows the timelines.

Thanks for the info guys... If anyone knows that exact year (or estimated) would appreciate. Yes, the one was still new. The guy said his brother-in-law owned them and played a lot of tournaments and then moved to the Cayman Islands so he asked him to sell them. I bought the new one. The playing surface and everything is perfect. Also... does anyone know if this model has the good rods. I read they changed them in later years. And any other information on this model would be much appreciated.... Thanks and great site

Hmmm, I know almost all the players from this area, especially from 7-10 years ago. I just may call this guy on the craigslist link and see who it was.

See my new thread on Tornado Table history as I know it....I am making it a seperate thread so it will be easier to find going forward...I will make changes and update as I get things so this will be one for the library
