Title: Don`t waste motion

I have seen players waste so much time winding up for a shot you could smoke a cig befor they shoot it.I have been watching Quick draw competiters I is amazing how little motion is wasted if any Bob London go to his web sight and see for your self .If I could learn that and apply it to a shot it would be awsome.. this is just another look at getting a better shot and learning a new way to look at foosball and another sport good luck with it..

Sorry I put the cart befor the horse I cant find his web page..Yet but anyway look some fast draws up and see what I mean
