Title: self-made table
Post by: alec on January 30, 2009, 02:26:57 PM
hi! my name is Alec, I live in Belgium and im just new to these forums =) just some side info -.-

So lately I've been building my own table it's going well but there are some problems. For the 16 holes to fit the rods in
I made 3.7 cm (1.5 inch) diameter holes. Though the rods need 2 cm diameter holes on the inside and 3.25 on the outside.
If you have any tips on how to solve this then your help would be much appreciated.

Oh and if you have other tips for my table then post it to ;) (ex.: glass surface? )

Your help is much appreciated.

grts

Alec

Are you using Tornado split bearings?

problem is that on none of your parts it says the size (because you assume that it will be used on a tornado table) =p

What would help you?
... measurements of the bushing pieces
... measurements of the "hole" in the sidewall an sidewall width for tables that they fit

What rods/men are you using in your table?

Note for a generic bushing fitting TS/Lehmacher/Lowen rods.... here's a inexpensive piece.

measurements of the "hole" in the sidewall an sidewall width for tables that they fit would be nice.

also the last thing you posted about the rods... would they turn good?

tnx
