Looks like someone looking at his/her friends on streaming vid from either Maryland or from the Runaway Bay Superstars event.  No links to his/her e-mail or to any site to indicate spam, anyway...

When I first saw it, I thought it was Big Mother Fooser from Michigan.  Then, after a couple more clues, I decided it's from the West Coast fan club.
