Title: How to hold the bars?

As an early newie, I have a simple question on how to hold the foosball bars. How do you hold the bars, to have a best ball control and shooting speed?  ???

Gecko, dpends on the shot you want to execute. I prefer a snake shots and it takes a while to get the hang of it. As far as Pull and Push shots use what is comforatable, i would not put too much into any kind of palm rolls until you gain control of the ball. Work on your 5 row that is generally where the game is won and lost!
