OMG! Someone actually asking a fairly reasonable price for a Brown Marble coin-op on Craigslist! I don't need a table, but if someone does then this guy sounds like he may take less, since he invoked his wife as the reason for selling. It looks like he may have taken the metal feet off so it wouldn't scratch the tile floor, but you could always ask about them if you are interested in it. I don't know anything more about it but what the pic shows, but if you know someone looking, point them to this one as a possibility.

Here is one in Texas...not the best feedback, but if it's a local pick up I can't see getting duped by the seller.

Good price so far, but I would still hesitate to pay that much for something in an online auction without seeing it up close first. Even pictures can hide some defects, and in neither one of our links has the sellers provided multiple angles and detailed pics overall. As it is the ebay listing you linked to would be great for parts if it did end up having a problem, but I wouldn't pay more than what is now bid ($300) without seeing it first. I'd like to know how she had access to "all unbreakable rods" since they alone would be worth the current bid if they were Merkels (well, along with the men, anyway, since I don't think Merkel does ALL the rods).

email the seller and ask directly and ask for more pictures and if you are close enough, if you can come and see it
