Title: Storm II playing surface problem

I have a Storm II that I've owned for several years and the playing surface is beginning to peel up in spots.  Is there a n easy way to reheat the glue to reactivate or a recommended glue to use for reattaching?

give it to a local church, YMCA, boys club, or other like group and buy a coin op, that is how you fix it :P
