Thank you! I really want a nice table but can't find one that is a good deal. I would love to be around $500 for a newer coin-op delivered to Florida and it has to be in perfect condition as it will be in our office location.

not likely to find a "newer" version in "perfect" condition...you may find a Grey Marble in good to exceptional condition for 500-700...don't be in a hurry and keep your Craig's list search as wide as you can or find some more money and go buy a new one from Charles for 1175 or buy a Fireball for 700

That table looks like it's in mint shape...Also it looks like it has the dark green slick table surface that I normally see on later model grey marbles that don't have the "Product of Valley" under the Tornado logo.  Personally I don't particularly like that table surface Vs. the rougher/grittier surfaced tables that I have, but if you can play on that slick green surface you can play on any Tornado table with relative ease.

Without insulting them, see if you can get it for less than $500...worth a shot, and if they didn't budge you still got a heck of a deal!

Pictures of both goals...to show no that the corners of the goal aren't blown out.
The inside with the top up...to show no drink stains on the ramp (looks good on the link)
The ends of the rods...to try to determine if they are Merks.
From the pics on the link, it sure looks good.

Isn't it amazing what a difference a week makes???  You were about to buy some overpriced $1,100 table, and then you saved yourself $600 and got a grey marble coin-op that may even have Merkel rods.  The foos-Gods were smiling down on you my friend, lol!

Can't wait to see the pics of your mint brand-used table!

I'm curious who sold you your table and why?  Local pro who won a T-3000 or something???  I'm as fascinated in the story as to how people got the table and why they sell as I am in the actual deal it self...by the way I also DVR shows like American Pickers, Auction Kings, Pawn Stars, American Restoration and shows like that.

Mt,

Are you in Jacksonville? I run the tournament in town. Check out our website if you feel like playing a tournament at some point. I also know most of the Orlando, Tampa, WPB, and Miami guys so hit me up if you need any of their info.

MT, if Chris runs a tournament anything like the one I go to, it would be the best thing you could do to help yourself get better. In my area they do Pro/ams, and beginner tournaments both of which would help any new person out. I mean do you think you would get better faster playing by yourself or playing against pros that are willing to teach you the in's and outs of the game....

It's much better to take your licks early then to learn bad habits that must be broken later. We run beginner friendly events like 3500's and split draws so don't be hesitant to come out. You'll be nervous the first few times and then you'll realize that we are pretty much a big fraternity. Check out our website. www.jaxfoos.com Its a DYP tonight, so if you want come check it out and play some pickup games. Who knows maybe the director will give you free entry.  :o

As far as posting pics, I've never posted them on here, but when you are posting there should be an insert image prompt or something along those lines. It should look something like this (http://) and you just put the url in between.
