Title: maybe my polls are not balanced?

Just bought my son a foosball table for Christmas, not sure who makes it, I got it off craigs list.  The only problem I have are with the middle poles that have 5 men each.  They may be slightly bent, because they will not stay in the position you leave them in, they always rotate with the top slightly down.  I can't find how to post a pic.  Is this something I can fix, or do I need new poles.  They are solid poles, if that helps at all.

Most likely, the reason is that the men aren't counter-balanced (a feature you will find on the higher-end Tornado tables, for example). Spin the rods and you will be able to tell if they are bent.
