Hi all,
I'm an amateur foosball player looking to get a table for our office break room. I know that in the past Tornado tables have been the standard for good play. However, after searching the web for a bit, that seems to have changed? I see people talking about Fireball tables but I'm not too psyched about how the company presents itself (poor website, not easy to find out pricing, contacts, where to buy, etc).
I want to find a good table and I'm willing to spend up to $1500. I do not want a toy, I want a solid table that plays well. Any suggestions? Tornado? Fireball? Other brand/model? What is the latest information on tables these days?

Well Fireball it seem it did surpass Tornado in price quality ratio from what I read, but I don't know what will happen to Fireball with out Brad Laurine in sales. The tables are wort it but if you cannot get a hold of one get a Tornado or give Warrior a try. They are the new recognize ITSF table, a little light but I read they are easier to play with than Tornado. If you will introduce new people to Foosball maybe Warrior will be a better option. If the table is to light just add some weight to it, it has hollow legs ;)

If you've got $1500 to spend, go to a regional Tornado tournament and buy one of their tournament tables. Tornado has about a forty year track record and you'll have enough money left to buy doughnuts for a few weeks.
