Hello all.
I own a 1978 grey marble tournament soccer coin op foosball. I was wondering if snake shot is possible.

The only grey marble TS table i have ever seen was in a vintage ad someone posted a while back. I believe the arcade model had a plexiglass top, protecting the playing field. Any way you can post a pic? Rare table for sure. Thanks.

I learned how to snake-shot on an old 70s glass-field table, with the old-school round-foot guys and circular rubber handles. Had Valley-Dynamo logos on it, I figure it's at least similar to what you're talking about.
Short answer: Yes. Like I said, this is how I learned, and while I'm no tournament champion, I can say it works.
Long answer: You can shoot any shot on any table. Anyone who says otherwise just needs to practice more. Foosball reminds me of music sometimes. A lot of people concentrate more on their equipment than anything else, when the important part is the work you put in and desire to develop skills.
