Title: Question about Storm II

Hello I picked up a storm II table last night - It was only played a few times and looks like new. The rods don't spin well and seem stiff. Im not sure they were ever lubed. When looking at it if you pull a handle all the way out the rod on the other side rests about half way into the outside bering. I remember when you pulled a rod all the way out there was still a small bit of the metal end still sticking out of the other side of the table. could some one clarify this for me?  Thank You

The rod will always be inside the bearing when pulled dead on the wall.

The table only had 15 plays on it when I bought it, everything including the handles looked brand new. The bars just don't spin like others I have played is there a break in period for these?
