Title: Storm II Advise P2 Thanks in advance

The table only had 15 plays on it when I bought it, everything including the handles looked brand new. The bars just don't spin like others I have played is there a break in period for these? Do berings need to be played a while to loosen up? The bars are completely clean and straight I put a couple of drops of lube on each bar by the bearings and spun them through the bearings, it helped but they are not smooth.

Table may have a twist in it. Make sure the cabinet is perfectly level.
