Title: downsizing handles

I would like to install new handles/grips that have a 16mm core (hole) onto a 14mm rod. 
Any suggestions?
Current handles are pinned.....new handles are not.

Tornado handles? On a pinned 14mm rod or threaded? I have inserts to put plastic tornado handles on threaded Bonzini rods, but not sure what you are looking for.
