Title: Can anyone identify this table?

I've got an opportunity to purchase this interesting table (see below link) at a good price, but not sure I want to drive that far to get it without knowing more about it.  The owner knows nothing.

Anyone know who makes this table or anything else about it?  MUCH appreciated!

Looks like a Harvard or a Harvard look-alike.  Not for serious players but ok for players who have no aspirations to play serious foosball.  The placement of the bars is certainly unique and proves my previous point.  Harvard makes a nice looking table but play-ability leaves a lot to be desired.

The blue and white 3-bars are in the opposite side, they should be swapped
