Title: Scrolling

Does anyone else have difficulty scrolling to the bottom of posts?

I think it is a double scroll bar.  I have to scroll down with the outside scroll bar then finish scrolling with the inside scroll bar.  This is only true when there are a lot of posts to view.   It is awkward and most sites do not do it this way.
