Does anyone know if these playing rods were heat treated for commercial use?

I don't know specifically whether they were heat treated but the only coin-op's I have ever seen with problematic rods was the very 1st generation of t3000 ice box tables and that was resolved quickly. Most of the older tables I have seen were well built, including the rods.
