Title: 30th Anniversary ... how to identify which rods

I have a gray marble, coin operated, anniversary edition (Product of Valley), so it must be a 2003, T2000 table.

How does one identify whether it has Merkel rods?

If the men are not too shiny and not too dull, then they are original formula?

I haven't played it in quite a while and considering selling it, but don't what to fib about features.

Merkel rods have drill indents near end of rod under handle. Not sure about the shininess of the guys.
