I have one friend that has enough hand speed to pull this shot off..and it is BLAZING FAST. We were at the Kansas City Classic and he made it on a couple of pro's they said it was the loudest goal they had ever heard. By the way it is very easy to stuff if they are shooting from the back 2 rod.

I use that shot once in a while from the back during doubles, but i try to mix in to my goalie wars arsenal in league. it can be deadly if your acurate. i always pull it from the back, cause its more acurate. and once i burn 'em on a couple longs, the straight opens up

The front pin shot was invented by Adrian Hoines in the 60's. He still uses it effectively from the two row. Mainly pull pins and a reverse push. He hits it with a Costa Rican roll shot, not a rollover.
