question on the hit 2 men before shooting or passing   can i shoot the ball or pass the ball on the 2nd touch  or do i have to touch 2 men then shoot or pass on the 3rd touch  ???

I need a little more information before I can answer you on this one.

Do you mean when you are putting the ball into play on the 5-man rod?

Do you mean after the ball is already in play on the 5-man rod?

Are you talking about some other scenario?
