Title: Brown Marble with Valley emblem?

I have a brown marble tornado with a chrome "Valley" emblem on the lower right front side, below the coin chute.  I was under the impression that Valley didn't purchase tornado until after the browns?

They must have branded all the remaining stock (even Tornado's never ever sold like hotcakes, to keep inventory low, y'know...) after the Valley buyout..
