Title: Used Tornado - thoughts on value?

Hello! I am new to the forums and starting to rekindle my foosball interest. I found the following used Tornado but can’t tell if it is coin-op or a home use model. https://imgur.com/gallery/cm2VAOz (https://imgur.com/gallery/cm2VAOz)

Either way it looks to be in pretty good condition. Seller asking $599 (I don’t think they use Craigslist much). Thinking I will try to get him down to 4ish.

I have been watching Craigslist in my area for a while and haven’t seen many used tornados pop up so would love any advice on this table. Thanks!

Depends on your area but assuming that the table is in good shape (no warping of cabinet or playfield, no pitting or flaking of rods) then $4xx is probably reasonable. BTW its not a coin op.
