Ben, from our club, came up with an excellent idea to stop jarring. We chained the tables to the floor. Not everyone is able to drill anchors into their floor, but if you can, this is amazing!

Thats awesome. I created a collar under each leg that the foot can sit inside and tap-coned them to a concrete floor. It doesnt tie the table down but prevents it from drifting. Thanks for sharing

Yeah, that was what I originally had in mind too, but Ben said tie it down and its rock solid. Genius!

These are excellent ideas to prevent the table from moving when someone jars.
These will not prevent jarring - which is the act of striking the table’s sidewall with a bumper while the opposing team controls the ball.
To play tournament foosball, it is necessary to avoid jarring or accept that you will be penalized.
