Hey all,
I’ve been working on my snake shot - I can hit it with a lot of power, but not with as much lateral movement with consistency as I’d like, so I’m working on that part.
Anyway, I’m having issues with a sore on the lower half of my wrist that the bar contacts during the shot. I need to leave it alone until it gets better, but is there anything anyone uses to help prevent such sores?

You have wraps on the handles? Possibly a thicker wrap would help. Ive seen other players use a compression fit wrist sleeve but I have not used one myself so I cannot speak on its ability to prevent this type of injury.

Thanks. Yes, I have a wrap on my table at home - at work, no. The wrap does definitely help, I was just wondering if there was anything else that people did that might help some.

I wear a very thin wrist strap w/ a piece of rubber material sewn into it. It works great. Different that this but same idea: https://shop.foosball.com/ro.html
