Title: Can I reuse men and pins

I am the proud owner of a used tornado platinum tour edition table.  I know i am going to replace men, handles, bumpers, and bearings potentially.  men need cleaning up. 
 i had a few questions.

1) Can I reuse the men after taking the pins out? wondering if driving pins makes microcracks where you wouldn't want to reuse the men at that point.

2) Also, I assume reusing pins is not advised?

3) Is refurbishing bearings with sandpaper a good idea?

thanks in advance for any feedback.  i am trying to spruce up this table to surprise my kids for christmas!

Congrats on the new (to you) table.
1 - yes you can reuse the guys
2 - yes you can reuse the pins - put saw tooth split on up side of guys and handles
