What do you do after your opponent spins?
« on: May 18, 2007, 04:16:42 PM »
Hey guys,
I play a guy and he keeps spinning.  Sometimes he lets go and the guys still keep going around and around..
This clearly affects the game and then he scores, but he says its okay because he didn't score with the guy that spun.
I don't feel this can be right, because he gets the ball up by spinning.

What are your supposed to do as soon as your opponent strikes the ball with a spin?

Thanks!

The rule is if some one spins 360 before or after hitting the ball the ball goes on the your 5 bar.  If the ball scores from a spin then you get the ball at your goalie.

read the new ITSF rules ,,the rule was changed where if a spin attempt scores ,ball served by goalie-point doesnt count
the new correct rule is ::if yellow's spin doesnt score ,black serves at the 5bar ,,,if yellow's spin scores, point doesnt count ,black serves at the 5bar (it's no longer served at the goalie upon a spin violation)
