Tournament in St Cloud, MN

Last year, David and I traveled to St Cloud for the $2,500 Central Minnesota Rookie/Semi-Pro tourney. It was really fun and the competition was great.

Here is a flyer with all the info: http://foosball.com/schedule/events/2010/CENTRAL_MN_SP_RK_CHPS.doc

I'm going again this year and would love to see some of the Fargo and Grand Forks folks make it out for the event.

Hey guys, I have always wanted to go to this tourney.  I am interested in going and right now those dates are good for me, so I will try to do it.  Do you guys both have partners?  you guys are from gf right?  how many people are going?

I'm from Fargo and already have a partner. However, I know someone who wants to go but doesn't have a partner, so let me know if you are interested in playing with him.

What is his name?  Have I met you before at the turf?

His name is Cliff, and I don't believe we've ever met. I'll send you a PM with his e-mail.

Are those Rookie and Open Entry fees listed for teams or for individuals?

The prices listed are per person.

One nice thing about the tourney is that all the tables are on free play all day long so you can get plenty of good practice against great competition in-between matches.

Ya there should be soem great competition there. There are alot of semipros in minn. that are just nails, I have not played out there in a few years but I would bet they are gonna be the same people dominating.  Joel, I think I met cliff at the turf before, I know you and I were talking on email a few years ago.  I will let Cliff know, when I know for sure if I can go.

TJ - do you know yet if you'll be able to go to the tournament? Cliff wants to find a partner as soon as possible.

Is there anyone else here that is going that still needs a partner?
