As much as I dislike creating obstacles to someone making a little money, SS is right.  Blocky feet, smooth glass surface and springs (instead of bumpers) makes for a pretty unpleasant game for those at the foosball.com level. 
The best way to go on this one would be to negotiate a price down (considerably) and replace the rods and bumpers and take the glass to someone to sandblast it.  Then you got a a hald decent Garlando.
