To explain this whole thing...
The guy in the center of the pic would be poolside every day. He would never sit or lie in the sun... always standing. We were sitting in Kady's for lunch and the guy was directly in my line of sight. I start watching him and notice he had about a half-dozen mannerism that he would repeat over and over... very slowly and deliberately. Then he'd turn, face the opposite direction and again go through his routine. It was like clockwork. Like a car wreck, it's repulsive but I'm helpless to turn away.
Then I see that Dave Gummeson and T-Mac are sitting at a nearby table. Being the good friend that I am, I go over and point the guy out to Dave. Prior to visiting their table, Dave was heartily wolfing down some eggs. After the visit, his pace slowed considerably and would stop shielding his eyes and throw menacing glances in my direction. I thought I was just doing my part to allow Dave to have that true Vegas experience.
But here's the interesting/creepy part; The picture above (which shows Mannerism #3) was taken something like 2 years ago. Apparently this guy... in the droopy maroon shorts... is a frequent visitor to the Riviera. Perhaps he was some former lounge act no longer able to find work but believes he still has "the chops" to make it in Vegas.
