Please help me id this table

Thanks for allowing me to join. I found this group while searching for information regarding a table. My Grandfather owned a vending company back in the 1960's and 70's, so when I was a kid we had a coin operated pool table and foosball table. My Dad taught me how to play and me and my friends had a lot of fun with our table. When my parents divorced, my Dad got the table and it ended up getting ruined. So I've been looking for another one since the 90's. A few days ago my wife was helping a friend clear out an elderly couples basement and sent me pics of this table. It is the exact model I've been looking for! My wife made it clear that I am interested in the table and the husband wants to sell it but the wife doesn't know. So after all this time, I might not end up with it anyway. So, can any of you identify this table so I know what to search for and possibly give me a fair value? I'd love to get it for pennies, but I want to be fair with them, if it even comes to a point where they would entertain an offer. Thank you so much.

EDIT. Pics would go a long way but I can't seem to get them to attach. Any advice?

Only thing I can find in searching is from 2011 instructing someone to open a Flickr account in order to post pics. Surely that still isn't the way 15 years later?
