I just wanted to take a minute to share my recent foosball.com buying experience with some fellow foosers.  I recently bought a cyclone2 table from a private seller, and decided to equip it with a bunch of wraps.  I've never played with wraps before, so I figured I'd try a miriad of different styles to see what I liked.  I ordered a couple TTR master wraps and 6 other styles so I'd have one on every handle of my new table.  I got them all through the foosball.com yahoo store online.  I received my wraps and put them all on.  All was going great until I tried to put the green latex "pull on" type wrap on a handle.  The handle pushed right through it and put a nice hole in my new wrap!  I tried again, only to rip another hole right through it.  Anyway, I contacted foosball.com and told them how I had trouble and asked for some pointers on how to put these type of wraps on, as well as how to properly wrap the TTR ones on.  They responded by sending me not only a replacement for the latex wrap I broke, but also another "atlanta" style tube (which are awesome by the way).  Anyway, the service was amazing.  They've definitely won over this new foosball table owner as a future customer.   Thanks foosball.com!

I never attempted to buy anything from any online business at all. I found this site a while ago and liked the pricing that I saw. SO, I ordered some wraps to test it out. Worked out great. Since then I have been ordering with no damaged product or having the package shipped wrong (not the product that I ordered). I agree, I order my foosball stuff from Foosball.com and will only order from here.

I ordered some wraps last month from Foos.com.  I have ordered many things online over the past five years.  Foosball.com handled the order as they should have, ground shipping was as expected, and everything went off without a hitch.  Where they go above and beyond most online orders is by sending your conformation email with a link that takes you directly to YOUR item on the tracking system.  This in itself is a very nice feature they give out to those who order.  Most sites will just send you a tracking #.  It is up to you to copy/paste it at the right website.  My single buying experience at foosball.com was completely trouble free.  I will have no problem ordering a thing from them in the future.  So those of you who might be a bit scared to shop online, don't worry about foos.com, they will take care of you!
