The TS brownies were out from the second half of 1978 until the company's demise in 1981. Other than the one Tornado man on the 2 rod, it looks to be in great shape for it's age. Those rods have been known to rust pretty quickly and if the only broken man that had to be replaced was the one on the 2 rod, it probably didn't get much use/abuse.
The problem with the home models is that they are very light, making serious play difficult. There are ways to add weight but most would opt for the heavier styles of home cabinets or simply get the coin-op. As for value, you may find someone who would offer $100 or so for the parts to fix up a beat up coin-op, but unless you find a collector looking for that particular lightweight cabinet and the brownie design yours has, I wouldn't expect anyone to pay much more than $100-$150.
