Topic: State tournaments

I think every state ought to have a state championship and then those winners and placers move on to sectional tournaments and then Nationals. This is what I would like to see happen through our foosball organizations.

i really like this format and i hope 1 day we can get something like it going with foosball.

another thing i would love to see in foosball 1 day would be round robin tournaments but only 2 classes semi-pro and over and semi-pro and under  semi-pro's can chose what one they play in but the first prize payout of the under event starts where the 16'th or 32'nd place of the upper ends.


with a round robin everyone will play they same number of matches  so no more out in 2 and no more need to have prize money divided between 6 classes. it would also finally give a reason to move up the ranking system. it would also finally be possible for semi-pro's to refine there skills against the top pro-masters
