Fixing up a TS Table

I just bought a Tournament Soccer table that I intend to fix up, but I was looking for some advice before I started to buy parts. I believe this is actually a "Brown-Top" table that has been re-covered in the past and has had a replacement Blue-Top field, but I'm not quite sure. I want to recover the outside with new laminate and repair the broken pieces.

Where is a good place to buy parts online? I am not quite sure if any TS parts will do or if I should watch out for newer parts that don't work with the older style table. I'm not concerned about the ball cups and the scoring units so much, but more so the bearings and bumpers, men, etc. being compatible.
What is the proper arrangement of fibre washers, bumpers and metal washers? Will Dynamo parts work? Right now I it has one bumper missing and a mixture of metal washers and washers from a hardware store.
How do you go about replacing the ramps in the corners and the strips on the sides? Is there some sort of structure underneath I should try and save? Currently the sides only have a strip of laminate (not angled) to keep the bad from getting stuck on the sides, and I think this is a bad repair from the past.
Any advice would be appreciated!

For non-cabinet parts...
... visit
http://shop.foosball.com/ts-parts.html
for our TS parts section.
We don't stock cabinet parts/pieces...
... i'll check with Debbie to see if she has a source for ramps/etc.
