Does anyone have the information for this tournament such as play schedule, buy in prices, location, etc? I'd like to go, but I need some more information before committing to it.

Thanks,
Vince

Vince,

Here is the information for the Tournament in PA next weekend!

(copied from the post by FISH on the foosballboard)

It's about that time again.
Most of you know the routine.
$5:00 Registration
$10:00 per event
($20:00 for the open events if you're a pro or pro master)

Schedule of events:
Friday Jan 22nd 9:00 DYP
Saturday Jan 23rd
1:00 DYP
3:00 Open Singles & Rookie Singles
(Beginners & rookies can play in Open. CANNOT play in both)
6-7:00 Open Doubles

Once again the bar will be matching $5:00 per player.(not per event)
100% payback. (usually $1500.-$2000.)

Any questions call Fish @ 215-675-0780
or Chris Forest @ 267-614-6574.

Once again there are of few of us available for accomodations. If anyone needs a place to crash, let us know quickly.

Hope to see a lot of you guys again. The competition keeps getting better
with each tourney, so bring your "A" game.
We try to run this as inexpensively as possible & we plan to keep it this way. It gives everyone the chance to play against some really great players without breaking the bank. You can get a couple of days of foosball & great people & fun for less than $50.

Thanks Again

Thanks for the info Pat.
Sounds like a great place for me to get my butt handed to me

Do you know if anyone is car pooling up there?

Also, anybody have ideas for sleeping arrangements (splitting hotel room, camping, friends couches)? I'm more than happy to pitch in for floor space.

Vince,

Many of the Maryland players just make it a REALLY long day.  Drive up to play, and drive back when the tournament is over.  So many leave at 10 am Saturday to arrive in time for the DYP at 1pm.  Then drive back home after open doubles is done, sometimes as late as 3am departure and getting home at about 5-6am Sunday morning.  It makes for a long day, but cheaper with no hotel stay.  I haven't decided what time I am leaving yet, but there are usually some players sharing rides.  You might check with Jim Waterman and see what time he is leaving, and if he has any room in his vehicle (since he is closer to your area).

I'm 90% sure i'm going... not planning on leaving until Saturday morning though!   I won't be at TheWhiskey tonight..  so give me a call to arrange a lift.   Jim
