MT, if Chris runs a tournament anything like the one I go to, it would be the best thing you could do to help yourself get better. In my area they do Pro/ams, and beginner tournaments both of which would help any new person out. I mean do you think you would get better faster playing by yourself or playing against pros that are willing to teach you the in's and outs of the game....

It's much better to take your licks early then to learn bad habits that must be broken later. We run beginner friendly events like 3500's and split draws so don't be hesitant to come out. You'll be nervous the first few times and then you'll realize that we are pretty much a big fraternity. As far as posting pics, I've never posted them on here, but when you are posting there should be an insert image prompt or something along those lines. It should look something like this and you just put the url in between.

LOL - I bought that table yesterday!!!! It is better than mint, not 1 scratch, I will post pics this weekend. What is the best pictures  to take for you guys to give me a rating?
