Try adjusting your grip, the only way i can consistently shoot a cut in snake is to apply a little more down pressure on certain parts of the handle. Give it a try and let me know how it works out..

Use the inside of your wrist at different points of pressure on the handle, trust me it works..just as if you were going to shoot a cut pull shot how you cut it back..

How to cut the ball while shooting any shot, not just the rollover, is the question. There are two basic ways to angle the ball. The slice is described as a rotational motion only while striking the ball with either edge of the foot of the player figure. The direction of the ball can be predicted by drawing a line connecting the contact point on the foot ( the exact spot the foot touches the ball first ) and the center so the ball. Try sketching it out and then go to the table and see if your prediction comes true. Try slicing the ball without moving it at all to get the feel of it, then try moving it. I have found that most cutsnakes are done when the shooter trys to move the ball extra fast laterally. Try shooting with your eyes closed with a friend watching to see what happens. If you get the result you want, remember tha feeling.
