Hi everyone whats the best way to cope with someone who allways complains about the way you play or gets angry with himself how do you consentrate on the game?

I've seen several matches on DVD at majors where people are just complete spastic, moronic fools.  I mean, it's embarrassing to watch them - and what kills me is they continue those some antics at subsequent tourneys.  How can they act in that manner and not want to dig a hole for themself to hide in for the next 12 months at least, let alone repeat that same behavior at the next tournament?

I am talking about PMs here.  Not the garden variety bar player. 

Like I said, picture them naked.  That's all it will take for you to cool down, relax and stop taking it all so seriously - that way, you can get back to concentrating on kicking their ass.

Play your game.  Period.  YOUR game.  If your game is getting in your opponent's head, keep playing it.  If his complaining gets in your head call a time-out.  OR ... Use his complaining as fuel to keep pounding him.  If he's mad at himself, it's even better.  Pound him, pound him, pound him. 

Note:  make sure YOUR game is a LEGAL game.

I know one guy who shall remain nameless that use to throw balls at them. Ok, he had a bad moment too and let it get under his skin a bit too much I guess... 

there is a book called "the inner game of tennis"... talks about the game we all have to play, that's inside the mind.... worth reading... has some good info in it that may offer some insight...  it's written by W. Timothy Gallwey.
