Actually, you could theoretically take a timeout during the 90 seconds allowed between games, which would be charged to the next game (as the last game has already ended) and the 90 second timer would stop, and the 30 second timeout would commence, then after the 30 seconds, the 90 second timer would continue from where it left off. Either way, it is charged as a timeout to the next game.
