Thank you PatRyan and Thank you Alaris. I already got a buyer in Wisconsin who's willing to pay the price+shipping, but I told him to hold on since there are some folks who want to check it out this weekend...Merry Christmas everybody...

I currently have a Tornado Sophistication (like furniture) and looking to play in tournaments next year.

Not to take this thread too off topic, but I am most interested in your learning more about your Tornado Sophistication table...The past few years I've asked about this "specialty" Tornado table with very little response back about it, read here:

Neil, how does the Sophistication table play Vs. the coin-op?  I rarely see these tables for sale, new or used in the secondary market...and I have often thought of taking a cosmetically beat up brown marble coin-op and put my carpentry skills to use and making my own version of the Sophistication.

Jinho,

I bought it off ebay for $150.  I don't think he knew how much they were brand new? I believe it's a Cherry (not Mahogany) They play field is level, rods (.156), old style men, wood handles.  It's solid, but slick (compared to my friends grey-coin).  Must be shimmed to level, but plays well.

I sure don't have the carpentry skills to make a table look like this.  Here are some pics.

Thanks,  Neil
