Can anyone tell me more about this table? Who makes it? What it's worth?

Not sure, but the bearings, handles, and possibly men look like this one:

I believe the table I referenced sold for about $400 new at Costco.

Yes, that does look very similar. I'm paying $300, so I guess that's not too bad of a deal. The only one I see on Costco's site is this one for $700. Looks very similar too. Thanks for the quick reply!

Don't get me wrong, I love Costco but not for foosball tables....

Nice looking table but it looks like you will have a hard time keeping the ball on the table with the slanted goal walls......just something to consider.....

Holy crap! I read your post, went back and looked at the pic. I'd have holes in my ceiling with that table!
