Advice for Restoring TS Bluetop

Hi guys,

A while back I picked up a beautiful Tournament Soccer Bluetop, I can't believe there are many in the UK these days so I snapped it up on ebay.

I'm now getting into repairing / restoring it and need a bit of advice, hoping there are a few DIY foosball fans out there who can share wisdom. Bits of work I need to get to include:

- Cleaning the rods, they are dirty with rust spots. Any tips in terms of the best liquid to use?
- Repairing the playing surface which has a few small cracks and holes. Any ideas... resin? Glue? Paint?
- Removing and re-glueing the banked corners.
- Finding or making a replacement bit of plastic (runs on the playing surface down the wall between the two 3 bars)
- Buying replacements for the broken men (I have 7 x yellow 11 x cream 4 x red)
- Finding the right screw sizes (all the ones in the table are deteriorated with rust).

Hit me up if you have any thoughts, and / or are interested in the project.

Thanks,

Will
