Brown wood coin op probably from the 90's. Internals and play filed look good, don't see any warping or water damage. Don't see any blowout on sidewalls near goals. Rods looks ok from pics. Likely a good table but... those wheels are weird. The table should have come with plastic or metal screw in feet. You are probably going to have to spend ~$50 replacing them otherwise the table height will be off. Hopefully the legs weren't modified to make the wheels work because replacement legs are expensive.
In my area (North Florida) I would be looking to pay about $400 understanding that I would be spending about $75 in parts (feet, busted bearings, pins, maybe a new man or 2) and looking to sell it refurbished for about $650. Table prices vary dramatically by region so may be more or less depending.
All told it's probably a decent table and if you intend to keep it, it won't ever really depreciate.
