We're beginning to line up our sponsors for the 2007 World Championships on Bonzini in Eaubonne, France. I am extending an open invitation for any U.S. players interested in participating to join us May 17th through May 20th. All U.S. players attending will be part of Team U.S.A. and we will make every attempt possible to outfit (jackets, shirts, possibly backpacks) the team properly to represent the United States. This is a World Championship Series event and includes a National Teams competition which we will definately be participating in. Our registration deadline is May 7th. This event had 575 participants last year which was one of the largest, if not the largest fields for 2006. Team U.S.A. traditionally has accommodations at the Sport Complex next to the Tournament Gymnasium. The France Babyfoot Federation catered in a great food service company to help feed the players last year. This will not be the most comfortable foosball venture one will ever make if you are use to the comforts of a big hotel. It is however, a great multi-National event with some of the World's best players attending. There will be non-stop foosball action for 4 days.
Inside Foos will also be attending for the first time ever docuementing the action.
