With the World Championships just around the corner, I  would like to suggest a few things that all r of us can do to dramatically increase our chances of winning. Practice, Practice, Practice. Most of you probably figured out that that was what I was going to say. The question is, what precisely do I practice on and how much time should I spend?
If you're truly serious about winning at the Worlds, you need to work on you game for at least two hours per day and that doesn't count local tournaments.
When you play in the local tournaments, play as if you're playing at the World Championships. Play each ball 110%! That way when you're in a big match, you are doing the same things that you practiced at the local tourneys.
Practice Exercises: Every day, execute 50 uphills and 50 downhills on your five-row and 100 longs and 100 inside shots on the three-row. Vary your shot-selection during practice to simulate actual game conditions.
Winning at a major tournament is all about executing your shot and pass without any - takes. Your uphill and downhill must look ff same. The takeoff on your straight, middle and long must also appear identical.
This can only be done with Practice, Practice, Practice.
