I have a question about a very specific shot.
Starting at the 3-man, closest man to the shooter. The ball is slightly to the man's left. The rod is turned all the way over (slightly less than 360 degrees), and hits the ball in such a way that instead of going towards the goal it moves laterally toward the middle man. The rod continues to turn over again and by the time the ball reaches the middle man, the rod has completed a second revolution and the middle man hits the ball in.
Now, the reason this is ambiguous is that there is enough rod rotation to count as a spin if there were only one hit, but the ball is hit twice - so the rod doesn't move more than 360 before or after each hit. Is it legal to hit the ball twice in one movement like this?
