Passing the ball through the 5 row is one thing catching it is another, I miss a lot of passes but then I relaxed my grip and the ball started to stick to my man like glue . try it you will like it.

If you hit a hard stick pass you really need to flick your wrist forward when you catch the ball. Mirror the motion of your 5 bar with your 3 bar as you pass.

I think when I relax my wrist that is what is happining I have been doing a stick pass really well and catching it 100% better.
